Export to Word, PDF or subtitles

Copy a note, download it as a file, or save the transcript as subtitles.

Formats

  • Word (.docx) and PDF for notes, letters and summaries.
  • Markdown and plain text for anything you'll paste elsewhere.
  • SRT and VTT subtitles of the transcript, with timestamps.
  • JSON with every detail, for your own tools.
  • The original audio as M4A.

Copy or download

  1. Step 1: Open the note and choose Share.

  2. Step 2: Choose Copy, Copy for EHR or Copy as Markdown to paste the text somewhere else.

  3. Step 3: Or choose Download and pick the format.

To take a copy of everything, request an export in Settings, Data & account. See Export or delete your data.
