Copy a note into your EHR

Copy a signed note into any EHR, all at once or section by section.

Copy the note

  1. Step 1: Open the note and choose Copy for EHR. Headings are kept, so it pastes cleanly into most records.

  2. Step 2: Or copy one section at a time and paste it into the matching field.

  3. Step 3: Paste it into the patient's record and check it there.
