How much does it cost to transcribe an hour of audio?
$3 an hour on pay as you go, less in bigger packs. Summaries, translations and exports are included.
When is Pro cheaper than pay as you go?
From about 5 hours of audio a month. Pro is $15 a month, or $12 billed yearly, with 10 fast hours and unlimited standard-speed transcription after that.
What does a fast hour mean?
Fast hours are processed first. After you use them, a plan keeps transcribing at standard speed, which takes longer but never stops or costs extra.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. Plans need a card for the 7-day trial, and you can cancel any time before the first charge on day 8. Pay-as-you-go packs are paid at checkout.
Is the estimate exact?
It is an estimate of a typical month in US dollars before tax. Your real use is shown minute by minute in the app.
Which plan do clinicians need?
