Turn a transcript into notes
From one transcript, make a summary, action items, a clean note, an email, a letter or a SOAP note.
What you can make
- Meetings: a summary, decisions, and action items with owners when someone named them.
- Voice notes: a clean note, a to-do list or an email draft.
- Interviews and lectures: themes and quotes, each linked to its moment in the recording.
- Clinical: SOAP and other templates, patient letters and referrals, to review and sign.
- Any of them in another language.
Make it yours
- Edit the text in place, or restyle it to change the length and tone.
- Output styles decide the sections, tone and length. Change a style once in Settings; new notes follow it.
- Restyling makes a new version; earlier ones stay in Versions.
- Ask answers questions from your own notes and links each answer to where it was said.
What it costs
Every note, summary, letter, rewrite and Ask answer made from a recording is included in the minutes the audio used, under fair use.
