Rename speakers
Name each speaker once, and the transcript, summary and action items use the names.
Name the speakers
Step 1: Open the note and choose Name speakers.
Step 2: Play a sample of each speaker to hear who it is, then type a name.
Step 3: If one person was split into two speakers, merge them.
Step 4: Save the names. They appear in the transcript, the summary and the action items.
Good to know
- Speakers are detected for you when more than one voice is heard.
- Merging moves the lines to one speaker; outputs already written aren't rewritten.
- Check who said what before you share decisions or quotes.
