Export or delete your data

Export everything

   Step 1: Open Settings, then Data & account, and choose Request export.

   Step 2: Include the original audio if you need it; it makes the file much larger.

   Step 3: Type the code we email you. If your workspace is locked, type your passphrase to include locked notes.

   Step 4: We email you when the ZIP is ready: transcripts and outputs as Markdown, plus the details as JSON.

Delete

• Delete a note from the note itself or from the Library. Deleted notes go to Trash first.
• To delete your account and everything in it, see Delete your account.
• Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. They contain nothing you said or wrote.

A copy of everything we hold about you

To ask for a copy of your personal data (a data subject access request), or to have it corrected or erased, write to [email protected] from your account email.
