Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your notes, audio, styles and connected apps.
This can't be undone. Export your notes first if you want a copy.
Delete it
Step 1: Open Settings, then Data & account, and choose Delete account.
Step 2: Read what will be deleted, then type your account email to confirm.
Step 3: Type the code we email you. Deletion starts as soon as you confirm it, and you're signed out.
What happens
- Deleted: your notes with their transcripts and outputs, all uploaded audio, your output styles and words list, connected apps, your passphrase and every session.
- A Clinician plan stops renewing, and any minutes left go with the account.
- Kept by law: invoices and payment records, and a record that the account was deleted. Neither includes anything you said or wrote.
