Review highlights and sign a note
Every draft needs your review. Sondeas highlights what to check, and you sign when it's right.
Review and sign
Step 1: Read the whole draft. Each sentence links to the second of the recording it came from.
Step 2: Check the highlights: words that were hard to hear, "Not in recording" flags and "Possibly missing" items.
Step 3: Give the flagged medications, doses, allergies, laterality, sex and identity a second look.
Step 4: Correct anything in place, or ask for a change by voice or chat and review the difference.
Step 5: Sign. The note locks; later changes are amendments, kept with an audit trail.
Documentation support, not decision support
