A 14-day money-back promise on the first payment of any plan. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds
- A plan's first payment comes with a 14-day money-back promise.
- Hour packs can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't used them.
- To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] from your account email.
- A promo bonus doesn't add to the 20% plan-holder discount on top-ups; the larger one applies.
Invoices and payments
- Payments go through Stripe Checkout. Taxes are shown before you pay.
- Your invoices are in your account under Billing history, ready to download.
