By accessing or using Sondeas ("Sondeas", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sondeas is a browser-based workspace for recording, uploading, transcribing, translating, rewriting, and generating speech from audio and text content. We may add or remove features, models, and integrations at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, keeping your contact and billing details accurate, and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Sondeas may offer both auto-renewing subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credit top-ups. Subscription plans can include recurring allowances, included features, or usage limits shown at checkout. Pay-as-you-go credits convert into minutes usable across transcription, translation, text-to-speech, and AI rewrite features. Credits stay in your balance until consumed unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Current subscription plans, credit packs, currencies, renewal periods, cancellation terms, available bundles, and calculated minutes are shown before checkout and are subject to change without notice. The live checkout experience controls the exact plan, price, currency, and limits for your purchase.
You may also choose a custom top-up amount using the in-product slider, subject to the live minimum shown there. Minutes are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm payment. Taxes, FX adjustments, or payment processor fees may apply. The conversion rate, features, and any limits shown in the product or checkout flow for your specific purchase are incorporated into and control these Terms for that purchase.
We are a fast-moving startup and iterate without prior notice. The live product, pricing page, checkout dialog, invoice, or comparable in-product messaging (collectively, the "Service Experience") form part of these Terms.
All credit purchases are final once any portion of the credits has been used. For unused credits, you may request a goodwill refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]; we will evaluate requests case by case, subject to applicable consumer laws. This section does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees arising from your purchases. We may collect and remit taxes where required.
You agree not to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy, or misuse the service. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect behavior that could harm other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.
Sondeas retains all rights in its platform. You retain ownership of your content, subject to a limited license for us to process it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions for material you upload.
We frequently release experimental or beta features. They may be incomplete, may never launch generally, and may change or cease without notice. If you provide feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it to improve Sondeas.
Sondeas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sondeas and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Sondeas in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or for security, fraud, or abuse concerns. You may stop using the service at any time; unused credits remain subject to Section 4.
Because Sondeas iterates rapidly, we may modify, discontinue, or impose limits on any aspect of the service without prior notice. We will update these Terms as soon as practicable after releasing material changes, but continued use after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance even if you did not receive advance notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by law.
